Have been following your blog for some...Hey Noopur. Have been following your blog for some time now on my Reader. <br />This is something that I have been going through as well. But you know what helped me? Art. Just doing ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING CREATIVE, helps you feel better and as if you're making a difference in your life. When you feel that irritating restless energy, you should go for a walk. Anytime you feel like it. Do you have a camera? Just go walk the streets clicking pictures. I've done it in Deer Park in Delhi once. GAWD that was fun! And I do it every now and then while taking a break at work, when I feel restless sitting at home, etc.<br />Also, you REALLY need to change your routine. After I quit my previous job, my routine was pretty much the same. Waking up late, having breakfast at 3pm, lunch at 7 and then sklpping dinner altogether. Wreaked havoc with my bodily functions. One I decided to change that, I found jogging early in the morning is an amazing and energizing experience. And the release of endorphins in the body is always awesome ;)<br />Can't think of anything else, and I guess this is enough anyway, coming from a stranger.
